A Appliance Repair

They came out to my house to repair my Samsung Frdige when the freezer portion stopped working, but the upper refrigerator was still operational. I was told I would have to replace the main control board. At the time we were renovating the kitchen and had been preparing to move it to the garage. We were going to try to muddle through with just the fridge portion working. That stopped working 2 days later. When I called the company to ask them if I could speak to the person who serviced my unit to determine if it would cost even more than the original estimate, they wouldn't let me speak to him and said I had to pay for another $90 appointment, and they were very rude about it. I don't really understand how companies like this intend to stay in business if they are rude, unhelpful and like to gouge their customers. Thanks but no thanks!

Craig and Ryan replaced our old heat pump system with a new one. Their service was fantastic I'm very please with this company, I appreciate Craig and his employee's and when ever I need service he is the only one I call. I'm 80 years old and have traveled this great country for 60 years living on the east coast , the west coast and in between and have used many service company's over the years and this company beats them all. I've been in Mechanicsville for the last 23 years and have been calling A Appliance repair when ever I have a problem and never had an issue. They are reliable efficient and their prices are reasonable. Carl Klauck

This is a scam. The number wanted us to give them $15 to diagnose over the phone so they could send us the parts to repair it. If they couldn't diagnose they would recommend a new appliance for us to buy from them. So much for the "Christian values" their website claims they have.

Not very happy about the poor attitude and disrespect shown to me as an established customer. To be told “Alright, thanks for wasting my time,” is inexcusable. My status now? Former customer.
