Sears Appliance Repair

The technicians are good once you get them there. Scheduling can be frustrating, especially if you have more than one product and want the same technician to service them all on the same date. (Efficiency, go figure?!) And I'm not sure we're getting the most cost-effective plan for our 5 appliances--the technician says we're not, but that's not the story we get from the sales people.

The problem hasn't been solved yet, the dryer still making noise. Just called and rescheduled the service for the 3rd time. Good that we bought the one year warrantee

The serviceman were professional; they identified themselves when they arrived and what they were there for. They came in and took care of what was needed no hesitation. Finishing included making sure there was not a mess left. The service went smoothly and I will call them out again.

Joe, our responding technician, was superb in his service and help. He called prior to arrival as requested, arrived early, explained the problem and resolution thoroughly, completed the work immediately and was superbly professional and customer-focused. Now get this, I received "same-day" service for my repair request. I thought that I mis-understood the call center representative when she said, we can come today... Sears did and within 2.5 hours of my placing the service call. Outstanding service experience, truly worthy of 5 stars. Thank you and my personal thanks to Joe.

Quality Service with personality! He was not a robot, nice to have service person who smiles and explains so I understand. Will use them again knowing I get friendly and quality work for my whole home. YES! They can warranty service the whole home at reasonable price monthly. PEACE OF MIND
