This was my fifth visit with same repairman and he was always courteous and professional. He tried to fix my fridge as he was told to by his supervisor to no avail. It was not his fault that I was without a fridge for 3 months

BUYER BEWARE!! HOMEOWNER ALERT. Sears repairman are 50 shades of shady, dishonest and lazy. The company is no longer fixing anything or honoring the commitments paid for by consumers in the extended protection agreements. COMPLETE RIP OFF!

the refrigerator repair lasted 3 days and broke again. in the last 3 weeks we have had to call for repairs 3 times because the refrigerator is not cooling. today when I called in the woman said she would fix it what we had to do was lower the freezer temperature 2 degrees and up the refrigerator temperature 2 degrees and wait 5 hours. It DID NOT WORK I am guessing her shift ending before that and she did not want to listen about my complains of the refrigerator not working. it the past 4 months the refrigerator has quit working 4 times. and since they give you a time for repairs between 8 and 5:30 this has involved 5 days of annual leave. do not go to sears and buy a refrigerator. I did not want to give it one star but would not let me post it. shame they did not have a negative star.

Received excellent service. The service person was very knowledgeable and very quickly found the problems with my dishwasher. It now work perfectly.
