Have used several times over the years. Always have arrived when scheduled.  Technicians are knowledgeable and courteous.

The oven repair was so-so.  The parts were ASTRONOMICALLY expensive, and although Sears gave us a 50% discount for buying a home warranty, it was still $1300.  Hoping it wasn't a bait and switch, but it might've been. The repair person left a big mess, and all his trash.  Oven works though--so I guess that's the whole point.
