Our maintenance and repair people were excellent. Professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Their customer service was very nice to experience. Thank you. Re: our warranty, I don't like that you must wait 4-5 days for an appointment, particularly when a refrigerator is involved. Although it can be claimed, the loss of refrigerated and frozen food, because the appt. takes this long to get, adds to the hassle of the experience. Considering the cost of the warranty, the appt. should be sooner and should cover weekends.

Serviceman was on time and was very knowledgeable and professional. I feel that the App has stopped giving the great updates that it used to, but I was able to recover getting an update on the tech's progress by using chat at the website. Great experience overall.

We are very happy with our new dishwasher. We were able to get delivery within a week and the installation was very quick. I wish we hadn't waited so long to replace our broken dishwasher. My only dissatisfaction is that we couldn't know the delivery window any earlier than the night before. I had to get a sub for my class just in case I was assigned a delivery time during school hours.

the technician was extremely courteous and professional ... the repair was completed and the work was triple-checked to ensure there were no leaks. At one time he noticed that the pump needed to be replaced due to a water leak which wasn't the initial work requested.

Great service once they finally arrived. Scheduled for Tuesday morning from 8-12. They called and I couldn't answer right away (in the bathroom). I tried to call them back with no response. Called the main number and they told me the repairman was on his way. I waited for hours, nobody showed up. Then I called back and they told me I had to reschedule because I wasn't available earlier when he called. I rescheduled for the next day from 1-5. He showed up at 6:30. So I guess be prepared to take a vacation day, and take your phone into the shower with you as you don't want to miss that call.
