Very good communication throughout the process - was dealing with a recall part replacement that was backordered. Very pleased with service once the part became available. The technician even showed me a trick on how to reset my cycle on dishwasher I never knew.

Mr. Appliance took care of our Bosch dishwasher power cord recall. Great communication throughout. Excellent and easy interactions with service engineer. Would highly recommend.

Landlord used them as a repair service for our microwave. Decided the microwave needed to be replaced and told me I would be receiving a call from their 3rd party installer about scheduling an install, on a date that I didn’t schedule. Their third party installer is Home Depot. They scheduled me during work hours and Home Depot does not allow you to reschedule. If I wanted Home Depot to install my microwave I’d have gone there myself and overpaid for their installation service. What a joke. Anyone that knows anything knows, you don’t trust Home Depot for anything important - and here they are selling this 3rd party installer like an actual trained installer. I don’t even want to know what they charged to essentially order a microwave online and pay for install.
