This is the type of company that has my loyalty for life with their amazing service! We just had a technician come to our home to check a older 110v smoke alarm that was on its last legs. He was not only extremely polite, punctual, professional, but incredibly knowledgeable and curtious. He checked our alarm window sensor magnets to ensure we had a great fit with our weather stripping and generally made sure everything was working well. At this point I was offering coffee, water or even to make him a sandwich. Just amazing! I would reccomend them to anyone or any business! Fantastic.

Advance Alarms came into my home and updated my existing alarm system with state of the art equipment. We now have an app to help monitor our alarm and can see who is entering or exiting our home based on the alarm code entered. They were wonderful to work with from sales to installation. The tech who installed it was friendly and knowledgeable and the owner personally checked in on our experience. I wasn’t sure how the process would work since we had an existing alarm system, but it was seamless! Could not be happier that we are using Advance Alarms.

We’ve used Advance Alarm for over 30 years. Wouldn’t use anyone else. The customer service is superb. Wonder family owned business.
