Installed the wrong system and charged me $50 per month instead of the $27 per month that was promised. Promised a $100 gift card to sign a three contract of which I never received. Had to send a tech several times to my house to get it correct. They took down the previous alarm system on my wall, but did not put their system in the same place leaving a hole and cut wires hanging from my wall. There are good alarm companies around Tulsa. Do not use these guys. If you call ADT to correct these guys' mistakes, ADT will tell you there is nothing they can do.

The activation and installation went really good. The tech was very knowledgeable and friendly. The thing I didn't like was them using their installation tech as a salesman and not telling you when you set it up on the phone what you were getting and what it was going to cost you to get what you really need or want.

Verified appointment time several days before install. Tech call 30 min. before install to informs us he was on the way. Was on time, politeness to both me and my wife, was greatly appreciated. Answered all questions and was neat with the install. Left work area inside and out without trash. Outstanding experience on all levels.

Technician was prompt, friendly, knowledgeable and easy to follow when giving instructions. He went over the instructions a couple of times and showed me on the brochure where the instructions were if I forgot.. Technician prompt and informative.

The tech was well ahead of his scheduled time, which was a very good thing. He did an awesome job explaining what he was doing and communicated with me during most of the installation. I felt very comfortable with the end result.
