I had 4 locks changed and 6 keys made. Knowledgeable service at the shop...very flexible when scheduling a time to come to my home. Fast and friendly service when making the changes to all of my locks.

They are very nice people, and I like the techs that have come out before, however....it takes more than pleasant interaction. Bottom line: they are NOT knowledgeable about anything our security system needed to be fixed. Tried them a couple of times and now use someone else.
