This company took my $25 monthly service fee and would not prorate a refund based on the 9/15/2017 cancellation date. I sold my home on the 15th, sent a signed fax and confirmed receipt. Lori would not refund my partial month for service that I never received. This is not good policy. They've been running their business for 40 years this way.  All my utility companies, Sequoyah County Water, Cookson Hills Electric and Sue's Recycling all based their charges on actual usage and adjusted their billings do my sale date Security Alarms provided no such adjustment. Not fair to long time customer like me. Wouldn't have even rated one but can't post without at least 1 star.
