Falco is a great company. The prices are reasonable and they alway try to help resolve the problem over the phone before having to send a tech out and charge for a service call.

The service was fine. The problem was the contract. If you do not cancel before one year then your contract automatically renews for another year. When I was monitored in my prior house by Security Alarms out of Muskogee they had a month to month contract after one year. I can understand a year contract but continue automatically renewing you for another year and not letting you change the contract after that is a problem. The contract language is not hidden but they sure do not tell you about it until you call them to discuss options.
