Thisplace was great. Very impressive family business. Owner Keith setup up our order and went over everything on the order and best options for us. Keith and installer Josh and other installer did a great job with install and making sure we knew how system worked and all systems were working correctly before leaving. Very much recommended.

I definitely 5 Star to Witness Security for the price, and they provide you with all the system features, access, and integration you could want out of a modern home security system. Quick, easy installation and set up. They won't give you a whole lot of sales talk, only what's matters. Keith Schultz went above and beyond to personally talk to me instead of just calling me on the phone when there's some little adjustment on schedule. That tells me of their integrity and commitment. Truly customer satisfaction guaranteed!!

I appreciated how quickly Keith responded to my request and was definitely surprised that I spoke to him directly and set up a consultation, my Father was impressed by the professionalism of Keith, Tyler and Josh before and during the setup of the system. This past summer I chose Witness Security for my security needs and I am so glad I did! Their team arrived promptly at the scheduled time for the install. They are extremely knowledgeable about their equipment and technology. Not only did they recommend and install the perfect video doorbell for our home, they took the time to place it at the appropriate location for maximum viewing. The Witness team is always welcoming when you visit their office and never fails to inquire about how your system is working and if you require any other assistance. What they do better than most....well, they talk to you and let you know that you are important. I highly recommend Witness Security. They provide outstanding service.

Great customer service from our initial call through installation. They offer all the bells and whistles, but there wasn’t the slightest bit of pressure during the set up meeting. Keith was more interested in what our needs were than he was selling us unnecessary products. Tyler did a wonderful job with installation and had everything up and running in no time. Monitoring is set up on a month to month basis vs a 2 year contract. That tells me they are confident they are doing an effective job servicing their customers when they don’t see the necessity of a two year contract.
