I had no issues with getting my rental from Alamo.  My came in on a later flight than expected on Sunday and called them to let them know, fearing I'd be left stranded on a Sunday night.  Young lady told me that she'd be there, they close @ 6:30, but reopen again @ 10:00 p.m. to accommodate the later flights, especially if you're not from Twin Falls and here on business.   I'd see I got excellent service.

Rented a car through Orbitz for Alamo. Showed up during hours stated they would be open. No one was there so I didn't get a car. Left a note, no one even bothered to call me back. Not good.
