Had a good experience at first but was given misinformation and ended up charging me extra fees when I followed the directions they gave me. Will not be using Hertz again.

We arrived in Sun Valley during a blizzard with a 4 month old after 14 hours of traveling. No taxis available for 2 hours. No restaurant in the airport. No rental cars available from any company. Hertz not only found us a car but gave it to us FREE OF CHARGE for the night. True kindness and generosity. We were absolutely blown away!
