Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I got rear-ended and needed my car repaired. Per the insurance company's directions, I scheduled my repair out to allow time for Enterprise to have a car available for me. The insurance rep gave me a confirmation number, so I thought I was ready to go. I was completely unaware, until I arrived at the auto body shop for my appointment (which I had already put off for Enterprise's sake), that I would not have a way home or the ability to take care of the needs of my large family while my car was out of commission. I guess Enterprise was supposed to contact me to finalize the transaction, they said they did, but no representatives left a message, and I found no indication they called. If they did call, they did not bother trying back or attempt to establish contact with me at any other time. Because they didn't get in contact with me, they did not reserve a car for me as I supposed. The person I spoke with on the phone was polite, but did nothing to offer me any kind of help even though the mistake was on the part of the company's. I was told there would be no vehicles available until later in the week (by which time my car would be finished anyway), and little or no apology was offered for my inconvenience. Mistakes happen, but I'm leaving this review because of the company's complete lack of customer service throughout my experience.

I’ve never had a problem renting a car here. The staff is always friendly and works with my needs when it come to renting the car I need. The cars are always clean and ready to go.

The customer service at enterprise is above and beyond anyone else. we needed a car to take on a small vacation and we reserved an economical car. well when we got there all of them had been checked out. well the representative was quick to fix this by upgrading us to an SUV for the same price of the eco. the only one they had left was a jeep that had not been washed yet. at this point they were about to close and didnt have time to wash the jeep AND he already gave us a discount. so the rep was quick to fix this as well taking the restriction off for gas. I will def be renting again from enterprise do to their quick customer service. if they mess up they will try an fix it and that is what I love. most places will just say "tough luck"

The branch is very busy, but the cars are nice. The staff are very friendly and do a great job. I had a really good experience here.

Would have been 5 star, however someone had smoked heavily prior to our rental.Made my wife sick due to allergies to tobacco smoke.
