Over Charge to $125 out of my security deposit so they said called manager said he would request refund from corporate he lied 7 weeks later I called they have no record of it they tell you what you want to hear just to keep you quiet.

Ended up getting charged for rental insurance through Expedia and than hertz won't be going through either of them ever again.
