Very slow service. Then get the bill and wanted to pay but couldn't because even tho I have a shared account with my mother, the name on the debit card was my mom's. So under THE SAME account gave checking account info and that was ok! Same account! Such a run around. You want your money or not?

Allina home Oxygen has been great to me for 10 years. After being diagnosed with sleep apnea, I have gotten all of my masks, tubing and CPAP machines from them. Great customer service.

Been using this service a few years. Have called to get cpap supplies and they have sent wrong mask. This time they sent a new design on the wisp, with metal magnet. Having TMJ and having that at that part in the jaw would be bad. It is thicker than the clip that I have had. Called and they said I can exchange it next day but not where I normally go on Smith. They said it is 10 days out to get an appointment. I can’t just come in and exchange the one mask for my correct mask. You have to have an appointment. So have to travel 7 more miles from downtown St Paul to an area next to Mpls, another 15 minutes one way for me, which on a busy day that I didn’t expect to have to travel anywhere, much less, now additional time and distance. Have had issues with this customer service before on Smith. 10 days out. Terrible customer service.

I was nervous about going here after seeing all the negative reviews but I went in when my CPAP stopped working. I was immediately welcomed when I walked in and I had several employees offer to help and they determined what was wrong with in minutes (it needed a new power pack). They soon found a used one that worked perfectly well and let me have it free of charge. They also offered to make sure that the mask I use is fitted correctly.
