I am very happy with the assistance I received from Barb today (4/18/18). My wife and I unfortunately missed a bill from Fairview and it went unpaid for 7 months. We received a letter obviously asking us to pay the invoice. I called to Fairview and got to talk to Barb. She was awesome. She answered all of my questions regarding the handling of invoices and accepted my payment over the phone. She never once acted as if I was bothering her or made us feel dumb for not paying in a timely manner. I apologized up and down for such a late payment but she continued to insist that I not worry about it. The bill is paid and handled now because Barb did an excellent job servicing her customer. Thank you for your help!!
