Total Medical Supply

Derek Pettis is an amazing worker! Total Medical is a great company to work with. I am a Case Manager and have worked with multiple medical supply companies, and Total Medical is by far the best. They are patient and willing to answer all questions that you may have. You can work with them over phone or over email and are very flexible with your needs. Derek especially is great, as I have asked many questions and am new to the business and is answers them with ease and without getting upset. I get tired of dealing with irritable people when calling to ask questions. I have never experienced this with Total Medical. I have now replaced my previous go-to medical company with Total Medical due to Derek's GREAT service! Thank you so much for giving great service in a world where often there is none.

Very polite and went out of their way to help me. I called to see if they had what i needed in stock. They did but wanted to make sure it was what i needed. The website was being fixed so he gave me direct link to the supplier with item number so i could check it out and make sure i got right sizing. Callwe back and they put it on hold for me til i could get there.
