They have been so wonderful my walker needed repairs and they called and came out to my house to see what i needed fix and came back the next day and got my walker and is brings it back tomorrow fixed cause they didn't have my wheels in stock this is just awesome cause i don't drive and need the walker to go out of the house i consider this above and beyond expectations and im very grateful for them thank you to all of you at apa medical. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Unacceptable for being in the type of business they are in. One star is one too many.

They provide the best customer service possible.  I have been using APA for the past 5 years and have always been satisfied.  The are professional and courteous and they always go the extra mile to make sure I get what I need.

Over the last couple of years APA Medical has worked with me to assist all the needs of my mother who has Alzheimer's.  From phone calls to arriving in the store they have been wonderful.  They great you with a smile and have been very caring to all customers that I have watched them assist. I really appreciate the care they have given.
