Less then 1. They have no refreshments for the guest.  They were out of water and when asked for some more for my consumer , the woman at the front desk stared at me and said " I can get you a cup" .... well sure, that can work too... then the bathroom...  my goodness is it nasty. BM on the seat, staff walking past without a blink....

One last thing,  there are little bottles of water in a clear tub in the first cubical, next to the waiting room in case your thirsty.

They need to change there name to unreliable.  They have ordered me the wrong part for my wheelchair about 10 times now and to get any service done is about a 2 week wait.

These folks are great!  Very proactive in filling my order and need and basically they did all the work for me and delivered to my door in less than 48 hours.  Thanks!
