Knowledgeable, reliable and friendly staff. Knew all about the product that we came in for and more. Let us know what to expect with the insurance process. We had tried a different DME but they didn't give us any information upfront about getting an item through insurance or about the product itself for that matter. The customer service person was very patient with my husband in his search for what suited him. Very tidy and clean. If in the future we are in need of medical equipment, this is the place we will go to first. *Thank you ladies for all your help.

Loved the place. Friendly atmosphere. Knowledgeable staff. Excellent customer service. The unique experience this place offers goes much further than just selling medical supplies like other stores do. Once you shop there, you'll never want to go anywhere else. Highly recommended!

I love the compression stockings these guys carry! I got some Corespun compression stockings for when I travel! So glad I found this store!

Got light box from here. Billed my insurance twice as much ($250) for the item. Retail price on amazon for the light box is $60. Poor billing practices, customer service, and felt generally unprofessional. Overall overpriced and janky. Get your medical equipment else where
