Amelia Rentals

We rented Katie's Light for a week. It was wonderful. A unique house and perfect for 6 of us. Right on the beach, perfect deck for morning coffee and evening drinks and sunsets. The rental company was quick to help when we had a problem with one of the showers. Overall an excellent experience.

Service was great overall, however there were a few complications, such as not being able to get into my room and missing part of a rehearsal dinner for a wedding because the door code malfunctioned. It took a long time to get a hold of anyone and nothing was offered to make up for it. I didn't expect something to be done, but I would have been more impressed had they tried to accommodate in a more friendly and customer service oriented manner. They seem a bit busy and understaffed in my opinion, but I know they are trying to do what they can so that's why 4 stars.

Not a good experience regarding the property. 1140 Beachwalker. Loft unusable due to heat upstairs, linens on beds subpar, fan broken in bathroom, tiny kitchen and balcony . nice ocean view was only good feature, I would not recommend this rental company. I wrote a review on their website, but of course, it will not be posted. Beware....

Beach is a great resort for family of all ages..Also best place to celebrate any occasion.. You can have a morning beach walk here..

If I could leave NO stars, that would be optimal. The house we rented for over $3,600 for a week was FILTHY, food stuck on dishes, dirty sandy sheets, cabinets had stale food in them, toilet paper holder on the floor. And the management company DID NOTHING!!! We've been going to Amelia Island for over 30 years- owned & rented, rented our place, we have NEVER SEEN or EXPERIENCED ANYTHING LIKE THIS!!! Absolutely AWFUL!!!!
