We stayed with All Star 7 times, this last time was terrible. No customer service at all. We were only hours away and had to call several times and bug them to get the door code to get in the house. When we finally got there the house was a disaster. Most the blinds were missing, furniture was broken, bathroom cabinets were broke, garbage disposal was broke and stunk up the house for days before someone came to fix it. We had lizards in the house, one dead lizard under the kitchen counter, so cleaning wasn't done well, all the dishes were filthy, like they had only been cleaned with water, linens were dirty. Screens were missing from the pool area so the pool was full of leaves all the time. No one ever returned a call, we were never so happy to walk out of a place. We have learned that All Star is no longer in business and is being taken over by another company. There are other better company's in that area that are dedicated to their homes.

Our first rental was pulled last minute and substituted with another. It was an upgrade, so we thought all was well. Little did we know! When we showed up we had no water the first day. There are several lights out, the pool deck has weeds and moss all over, the pool is dirty and hasn't been cleaned for a while, there are porch screens torn, and the hot tub is cold. Oh, and many of the dishes were dirty.
I get that there have been hurricanes recently and understand about the porch screens and maybe the porch light. But you can't tell me the weeds and moss are new. It takes months for this kind of overgrowth to come up.
We paid a hefty sum for the rental... where's that all going? Not in to maintenance apparently.
The house itself is nice as is the neighborhood. The house has nice furniture, the appliances work, etc. But it just isn't the experience I was hoping for... why am I having to call every day about getting the damn hot tub to be HOT?

My family and I had one of the most horrible experiences with this company ever. We got to the house and no one was there to let us in when we called we were told that all management was out the country on vacation and there was no one who could help us. We came from multiple states for our family reunion and spent almost 10k for the home. We were told by property management that we would no be allowed in and had to leave after waiting almost 7 hours in the rain. We were also told that we forfeit all money and would not receive a refund. Almost 30 people displaced for labor day weekend Miles from home. All star vacation homes need to contact the Williams family to rectify this situation. September 1st 2017. We want our money back!!!

We used to own a home managed by All Star. All was well the first few years, but then they stopped paying us about 3 years ago when they sold the business to a new owner. They owe us a LOT of money. Do not book with All Star. I'm pretty sure they will soon be filing bankruptcy.

First & second time we used this company they were great, I would have recommended. This last time when we had to cancel our reservation due to family situation we were told we would forfeit everything except the rental car payment. I was fine with that since it was our fault we had to cancel, however I have been waiting over 3 months for the refund and can't get anyone to return phone calls or answer the phone when you call. This company just lost a loyal customer who will be letting as many friends and family members know to never use them again.
