Jeeves Florida Rentals

The house was very clean upon arrival. We had a great stay and backyard was great. Bathrooms could use a refresh. Pool heat did not work. Jeeves only heats the pool from 9am-6pm when you pay for pool heat- this is not ideal in March when it gets quite cold at night. Our pool never had a chance to warm up. A worker told us mid week that the pool heater was actually broken. We called Jeeves 3 times and they did not resolve the problem. For this reason, I would go through Reunion Rental Homes next time.

The house we rented worked well for us, but we did that through VRBO. Jeeves as the management company wasn't great. They did respond quickly to an issue we had with pool heat, but it was downhill from there. We arranged for them to provide a gas grill which ended up only having about 15 minutes worth of propane. I tried to reach them about 20 times to bring us more gas, but never reached anyone (only voicemail which was never responded to). I finally went to the grocery store and got my own propane tank which I had to leave there. I've still never heard from them 3 days later.

Could not have asked for anything better. The children's rooms were incredible with different themes on the walls. The adult rooms were spacious, clean, and very inviting. I highly recommend and can't wait to go back

Orlando’s best kept secret ! These homes at Reunion are top notch and giant ! We rented W086 this time around with 3 families ..6 adults & 7 kids ages 7-15.... so much space ..we just want to relax and enjoy the sunshine & the reunion amenities! It’s a fantastic break from the cold upstate New York winter !

professional and reasonable. Good presentation. Nice clean property. I have now stayed at a Jeeves property twice and both times I would give 5 stars. I know rentals aren't perfect but both times it was exactly what they said it would be. I have also made the mistake of renting from ACO and they are absolutely horrible. I will only rent with jeeves moving forward.
