Starmark Vacation Homes

Terrible! I do not recommend. Staying here ruined our whole vacation. Dirty outdoor area with mold and slime in the pool. The couch had tons of huge marks and was dusty. The couch also had scratch marks from an animal in the sides and back. Rooms were dirty/dusty and food was in the place mats. 1 toilet paper roll in each bathroom and few towels. We told Staff on our first day and we waiting hours before someone actually came to the house. We spent hours waiting for service but was on hold. Eventually we got to another home which was barely stayable. Tons of old food was left in the trash cans outside so flys were all near the front door leading them inside. The pool jets weren't working and had a extremely marked table. No trash bags in ANY trash bag. Along with no towels. Water damaged furniture and very old appliances. One of the bed covered were on a chair downstairs which had a bad stain that was not cleaned. They said that it was recently cleaned which was a total lie. We were not expecting to have to go out and buy towels. This one house ruined our vacation and we couldn't get a refund. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. We were basicly robbed and we had to pay for a stay at a different hotel which drained our fun. So i would suggest to go to anywhere but here.

Prepaid for gas grill for an extra fee. It wasn't there when checked in. Called Starmark,they didn't apologize nor send me one. Bad company.

Staying in a vacation home was so much better than cramming everyone into hotel rooms. Much more relaxing and we could keep a close eye on the kids in the pool right from the living room. The staff at Starmark Vacation Homes was great. They found us the perfect home and followed up to make sure we were enjoying our vacation and to see if they could be of any additional help. We will be back Starmark. Thanks!

Stayed in a lovely 3 bedroom Condo over the 4th of July holiday, and was very impressed with the quality and impeccable condition of the condo. Starmark offered me and my family a beautiful condo near the theme parks in a private, gated resort style community. The staff at Starmark were professional and helpful going above and beyond to meet our needs. My family and I will definitely stay with them again. Thank you Starmark for a wonderful vacation experience!!!
