I lived their Winter Haven apartment last year, at 2000 15TH Court NorthWest, FL 33881. I had my car jacked. Paid $700 for fixing Car windows. When I complained the owner, she said it's tenants own responsibility to look after their vehicle.  when I claimed security camera for parking, she said NO. There's no security in parking lot, I heard this place had car jacking three times. several cars were damaged in the parking. Good thing is people leaves this place as soon as they find all these issues. Bad place, worst management, get the hell out of there.
