I typically do not write bad reviews but thought people should know of my experience We rented a home in Orlando on the week of Christmas When we arrived the house was bigger and nicer then expected When we started looking over property we found a lot of repairs were needed The pool outside barbecue pavers were all collapsed and was dangerous Marble tiles in living room area was coming up The pool was supposed to be heated and wasn’t on so water was cold off and on through stay called multiple times to fix Spa wasn’t working the whole trip either There was no hot water in the house was first told they will try to get to us that night until I complained and they sent someone out to fix The dryer never worked The ice maker also didn’t work The surround sounds they had in every room which was nice We had to figure out how to get them to work and only got the living room to work All the basic toiletries soap etc that was supposed to be there upon arrival didn’t get there till after hours of our arrival I got tired of calling them for ever new thing I kept finding wrong everyday There is supposed to be an inspection prior to our arrival and they wouldn’t let us check in a few our earlier because of this Obviously it wasn’t inspected They returned my pool heat money but did nothing else We should of revceived atleast one night credit for the all the disarray of the house. Which I requested and they never responded We paid about $4,000 for 5nights This house should of been in tip top shape and shouldn’t of been rented with all these repairs being needed Gave 2 stars rather then 1 cause area was nice and House was beautiful except for all the lack of repairs prior to us arriving

Beautiful vacation homes. Was a Private Chef in a few of the homes and they all have really nice kitchens.

Reunion is designed as a 5 Star resort. However, problem is that 95% the help is Latino, Illegals, etc. No English! I needed Google Translate. Cleanliness often at Hispanic standards rather than 5 star. Same applies for all maintenance, I.e., WiFi, TV signal (CenturyLink contracted by HOA is the worst), lawn care, pest control, power washing. etc. The HOA needs to crack down big time on maintenance contracts.

I rented a resort and received a contract. I was in continuous contact with Jennifer, one of the agents there. After 5 months of planning and 24 airline tickets purchased I called them to ask for an additional day I find out that they have booked my resort to someone else!!! How can this be? I ha e a contract? I was told the good news is we found you another house and no need to worry they will absorb the additional cost. The replaced house only slept 22 when we were 24 people. The pool and backyard were half the size and the decor was terrible. To top it off what cost were they absorbing? This new house was $2,000 less expensive. After days of searching every sight to find a new house we find "our house" on VRBO with the same dates available for $4,000 more. I call management at VRBO and they confirm that as of that morning the owner indeed updated the availability. I called management and they just hung up on me. PLEASE DO NOT RENT FROM REUNION VACATION HOMES
