Contempo Vacation Homes

Hello, I reserved a property back in August 28, 2017 for Dec. 22 to 29 2017 for the Bella Piaza Resort in Davenport, Florida. About 72 hours prior to me leaving for Davenport I received a call from the RCI company stating the owner of the unit at the Bella Piaza Resort sold the property that I was allotted to. So the RCI Contempto company moved me to another Resort called the Terrace Ridge Resort Condominiums that was supposed to be of equal accommodations to the Bella Piaza Resort. The unit 104 at the Terrace Ridge Resort was a faulty unit that had several issues: 1) At the unit I had no internet service for the first five days of my stay at the resort. 2) The toilet in one of the bathrooms was leaking due to a busted pipe from the wall that had to be fixed or the entire unit would've flooded. My family and I spent at least an hour cleaning up toilet water on December 25, 2017. The next day it took the maintenance man 4 hours to fix the toilet. Myself and family members were without water during this time frame. 3) There was also a problem with the air and heating system were the machine was making a rumbling noise that started on December 24, 2017. 4) The bathroom in the master bedroom the sink needed plumbing because the water was slow going down the drain. My overall experience at this place was fair. But I still felt embarrassed due to the fact I had family members and guests staying with me at the Terrace Ridge Condominiums. This company is the absolute worst and unprofessional when it comes to addressing maintenance issues with their properties. I recommend looking the other way if you encounter this company for your vacation accommodations

We had a fabulous villa on victoria drive. Very spacious, clean and with our own pool. Housekeeping did a great job before we got there. (I'm a housekeeper in the UK) so really looked for something but villa was spotless. Well done housekeeping team. Contempo staff were so friendly and helpful. We had a very small leak in the bathroom and it was sorted within hours. Tanya(apologies if spelt wrong) in contempo office was fab very helpful. Knowledgeable and so friendly. We would recommend and definitely come back. Great job well done all and maintenance for yr prompt service. Keep up the good work.

THIEVES!!!!!!! stole my sons iPad! Now trying to charge me £53 to send it back to the uk! They obv couldn't guess the code to get into it so decided to return it! Director is disgusting calling us liars!!! Apparently we imagined there being 2 cleaners a male and a female!!they lie to cover their tracks! Stay well clear steal of children not just adults! Useless and the worst end to a holiday especially as we went back to the villa to pick up ipad but apparently we made the up aswell! Director not interested in customers and hasn't got a clue what's going on in his own company!
