Be aware! Very poor customer service!
We paid months in advance for a heated swimming pool, and were told that the heating system will be turned on upon our arrival, confirmed via email.
However, we noticed the cold water when we arrived in the evening. So we called the property manager who came the next day in the morning and finally turned the heater on. This means that the water reached a decent temperature after 48 hours after our arrival.
Of course we reached out to the main IPG office, but they said that the heating system was turned on before our arrival, as communicated by the property manager.
So the property manager lied, therefore no refund...
Think twice before booking!

PLEASE DO NOT EVER BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!!! Worst nightmare... complete scam!! I paid in full for the property I booked and was moved to another property with no notice!!
My experience with this property company was absolutely awful!! I booked a vacation home in the Florida in January for a family vacation in June. I was moved to another property without any one contacting me to make me aware the property I paid for was no longer available. The second time around, I called the company with general questions about my upcoming trip and I asked to verify the address of the booked vacation home and was told I was moved to another property AGAIN!! I was furious as I was left with only one option for a house not even comparable with the first house I rented. Not to mention, if I didn't ask... my family would of arrived in Florida unaware we would be staying in a place we didn't even select.
I was left to helpless to scramble to find a place for my family to stay for vacation. This almost ruined my family vacation plans. I called IPG and was refunded my money within 4 days but there was no additional compensation given considering all the mistakes that were made and how I was treated as a paying customer. This is a small unprofessional company that can not be trusted!

What a day! When visiting Disney World with our young kids and our Exchange student for Christmas, we stayed at a timeshare. When we first walked into the timeshare, we were exhausted and just relaxed. We didn’t even think about inspecting the place. After all, it was a beautiful apartment. We hardly hung out in the room, reason being, we were always gone doing things. We slept & showered there and that’s basically it.
We checked of the timeshare on December 27th, 2017 and was told (via phone) that everything was fine. On Jan 3 I got an email advising me that they would be deducting $1000 from our credit card because we broke their couch. I went to my bank and tried to dispute it. They gave us a “provisional credit” until Visa completed their investigation.
Fast forward almost 45 days later and our bank contacted us. They told stated that the dispute went in the favor of the timeshare and we’d be responsible for the entire $1000. I contacted IPG timeshare and they stated they would not discuss it with me because it’s already been found in their favor. And they disconnected the call. Mind you, I was calm (with some tears because I know we didn’t break their “new” couch) and kind but they were rude and un empathetic to my situation. They didn’t even listen to me all I got was hung up on. I’ve requested a copy of the “Contract” that they say stated they were allowed to charge us that $1000 and they have yet provided it.
Well, we’re a $1000 poorer all because that timeshare decided to screw us. I posted this so that everyone looks at their surroundings when staying in places like this. I’d hate for someone to go through what we’ve went through. We’re not rich and yes, $1000 is a lot of money. #ihatetimeshares

I must say I always rent from IPG directly never through Expedia. This gives you much more guarantee of house and if needed homes close by who better than the people that runs the properties. With this said I have always enjoyed the homes we rent expect the last but this is not IPG fault it is the home owner for lack of maintenance. The IPG took care of this and offer us great discount and future rentals. Thank you for making sure our family vacations are always memorable. See you next year.

We booked a condo in Fort Myers Beach, Florida in August 2017. I contacted IPG in Jan. 2018 (less than 30 days before our anticipated arrival) to confirm all was ready for our stay in February. Upon contacting them I was told that the property that we had rented had been sold and that they did not have a comprable property available. Many calls since then, have thus far not been successful thus we sit not knowing what is going on. I am told they don't have reciprocle agreements with other management companies in Southern Florida. In the meantime, rates keep getting higher for that area, we have airline tickets and time off and IPG has not been helpful in quick resolve. Note also that they did not contact us with the issue, we contacted them or we would have not known about issue even at the date I write this review. So extremely frustrating and IPG has no urgency in resolving this matter.
