We had the pleasure of staying in the home at 1338 West Haven. Staff was awesome and very informative during booking and upon arrival. The home was very clean and as just as the picture showed actually better. The only suggestion I have is to put a bigger and more powerful shower head in master shower as the shower has room for two adults easily. And lastly i would suggest an upgrade of the bed pillows as they were quite flat. Other than those minor suggestions we will definetly rent more homes in the near future and i will refer friends. Thanks Awesome Experience!!!

This Company Can Not Be Trusted - Booked holiday with company via HomeAway on the 31 October 2016 for our family holiday starting 25 May 2017.
I was offered a discount if I booked direct with Tropical Escape Vacation Homes. I declined this, as it placed me outside of the insurance provided by HomeAway. What a wise decision that turned out to be.
On the 10 March 2017, I received an email from Tropical Escape Vacation Homes, please see text below:-
Hi Robert,
How are you? We hope you are looking forward to your vacation!
Unfortunately, due to circumstances beyond our control the home you have booked is no longer available.
We would like to upgrade your family to a 6 bedroom home in the same community. There is no charge for this upgrade. Here is a link to the beautiful home we would like to move you to. This is a 6 bedroom, 6 bathroom home with movie theater.
With just over 10 weeks before our holiday, having the house we selected become not available.
Email conversation was had; the next part of an email put the situation into context.
Hi Bob,
I understand your frustration. Unfortunately, we do not control home owners or the decision not to take of or repair their home. We do not want guests staying in homes with things not working such as AC or Pool Heat.
If you would like to upgrade to 946SP the rate on this home would be more. As you are paying $XXXXXX per night for 910SP and the nightly rate for 946SP is $XXXXX. I will get with XXXXXX and see if the home owner of 946SP will move on the rate to help us out.
So I have been told that there is something wrong with the house and it cannot be rectified within a 10-week period, it must be real serious problem, or Male Cow Manure.
I have seen TV shows, USA based, where a team a people go into a property and rebuild it in 7 days.
Then to rub salt into the wound, they wanted more money from me.
I decided, this situation was one of two things 1) A scam 2) there was someone more important than my family and me who would be using this property.
I then reported this incident to HomeAway, I got our deposit back via their insurance. Then I started to ask HomeAway some hard questions. All of a sudden Tropical Escape Vacation Homes allocated our booking to a different villa and with different dates, even down to the property ID on Tropical Escape Vacation Homes website being changed to the villa I never booked from the one we had booked.
In relation to HomeAway, I will never use them again as they did nothing in relation to the misuse of their website. Even to the degree they never answered my questions, but the vulnerabilities I highlighted that allowed this situation to happen, had been resolved when I booked our new villa for this holiday.
So this is where the story should have ended, but obviously Tropical Escape Vacation Homes don’t know me.
Our new Villa was also in West Haven in another community. On Memorial Day Bank holiday I had just been out, on my journey back I decided to go and have a look at this property.
I was expecting to see earthmovers, scaffolding, and containers with building material. It was a bit of a shock when I saw two vehicles on the drive with the state of Maryland plates and not a brick, or any signs of work in place. I then took a nice photo for my holiday snaps.
To summarise, this firm have no ethics, they blatantly lied to me in emails. I feel the owner of the property drove the situation. They had forgot to blank off the Memorial Day period, then got Tropical Escape Vacation Homes to do their dirty work.
Also Tropical Escape Vacation Homes would be making a financial gain by upgrading us to a 6 bedroom property.
I will let you make your decision about this organization, full supporting evidence can be provide on request. The reason we unbooked from this property - 2) there was someone more important than my family and me who would be using this property.

Very pleased with services from Tropical Escape Vacation Homes.
Have used the Management Company for 2 years and have always had prompt response to any quires or issues to be addressed.
They are very communicative and keep me informed of any concerns / problems that require to be resolved. I feel good knowing they are looking after my property while I am not there in person.
