Loyalty Vacation Homes

The receptionist was kind and helpful. However, after having a very serious safety concern, I was contacted by the owner and was absolutely appalled at how rude she was. She did not take my concern seriously AT ALL and essentially told me I must be wrong. I had already had a previous experience with them that was not great. Now, I will never use this company or refer people to it.

This was my second time renting and everything was great. Easy drive to get to everything. The house was updated the second time I stayed here. The yard was just enough space for my two dogs. I will always stay with Loyalty if I in the Disney area.

My sister booked one of their homes as ours was full. It was not well cleaned at all and the lady we spoke to on my sisters behalf was very rude. Would not use again.

Stayed in one of their villas a few times now , always had a warm reception on the phone, staff are friendly , villas are always very clean, I will definitely be coming back again.

We have rented thru Loyalty before and have had very great experiences, this last time not so much. We got to the house on Sea Pearl Dr. very nice neighborhood, we walked into house and right to pool, the pool area was dirty with dirt, dried up worms, the pool was not heated so we called and Loyalty said someone would be there in 1-2hrs, a guy showed up to rinse pool area but he brought his dog and we had brought our retired Leader dog whom just had ACL surgery and the guy had to hold his dog back from not attacking our dog and we had a 4yr old which who only knows how his dog would have reacted, needless to say he rinsed the pool area and said someone would be by to turn pool heater on, never showed. We walked thru the house and it was DIRTY, yeah we could have called but we just did the cleaning ourselves, we didnt want to have to hope the cleaning people would show and if they did they would have been there for hours. Also a closet door was not hung and surprise no one showed to fix that. Then our last 2-3 days there now we started seeing large and small "palmetto" bugs, COCKROACHES!!! So needless to say wont go thru Loyalty again, called them to discuss this and they have an excuse for everything. This was our family vacation and should not have had to worry about this or have to deal with workers in and out to take care of these things that SHOULD have been taken care of already! Rent thru Loyalty at YOUR OWN RISK!
