Houses aren't even cleaned before you arrive. Pool was nasty and hot tub was slimy and smelled like fish when you opened it. Wi-Fi network didn't pull up and no one answered when we tried to call. No response to voicemail either. Pool and hot tub were finally cleaned on our LAST DAY. So we didn't even get to use them. 7408 Cheyenne Point Trail, don't rent it.

We stayed in Modern retreat, for our summer vacation had a great time, we had a problem with our AC stopped working but maintenance resolved it same day thank you Maria for al the help.  definitely rent again from A Plus !  stayed July 15 - 22 2017

This company is the worst. If you do anything with VRBO or something that ties back to A Plus Vacation Homes, BE CAREFUL. Was in a vacation home with roaches and more and they did nothing. There's a blog post with images and more to come. Nasty!!!

Exceptional customer service and faster response on issues reported.
However, property we stayed in kool 4 kids, completely wornout carpet, air hockey not working, faded disney pillows and bedsheets. 
We are not excited about stay.

Very poor company to work with.  Overcharged us more than $900.  Having to pursue legal measures to get it back.
