Wow, I was at MVA in Annapolis, MD to get a duplicate title and was in and out in 12 minutes, that included the time that I stood in line at the front desk to find out that I needed to complete the request at the KIOSK. LOL The officer that was there was very friendly and helpful, he helped me work the KIOSK so that the people behind me didn't have to wait very long. I had never worked that system before, I normally do everything on line so I really appreciated that he stepped in to help me out. Thanks J. Krzyzaniak

This is NOT the MVA were you get your driver's license etc. This is only VEIP (vehicle emissions inspection) Actual MVA is about 7 min away on the other side of the highway
