MDOT MVA Vehicle Emissions Inspection Program

Emission test took about 3 mins. Quick and simple. Make sure you don't have ANY notification lights on in your vehicle, even tire pressure , or you might not pass the test.

Self service kiosk is working again. Kinda. It was raining and there is no awning or anything. The kiosk is completely exposed to the elements. Which means so are you if you use it. The credit card reader had some trouble reading my card so it took a couple tries. The sensor that you attach to your vehicle had issues the first time, so I had to shut off and restart my truck. It worked the second time. All in all not that much trouble to save $4. I just wouldn't recommend doing it if it's raining.

Monday, 1/29/18, I went with my dog at 4:06, out at 4:15!!!!! Very courteous and friendly. I did have to leave my car with the dog, but it was over so quickly that I didn't get to the grass with her. Next time I'll put her special vest on. Thank you for making this so pleasant. Also, my 2004 car passed (Acura's Rule)

Self service kiosk was broken. I wonder how many millions of tax payer dollars was wasted on the contract to build that piece of junk.

Don't waste your time at this location. Staff is not helpful or knowledgeable and supervisor is a disgrace. Will drive 2x as far before returning to that location.
