Rockville Auto Tag & Title

I had originally posted a not very good review about the company. However, Ron reached out to me and helped me all the way around. He explained why my title was not in the office and what we could do to remedy the issue and speed up the process. We are very grateful for all his help and for being willing to help us thru this process. Thank you!

They did tags and title for my car. Done in 15 mins. And they were servicing two other customers at the same time. The government-run MVA would take about 3 hours...

Absolutely awful! Their website says duplicate title in 24 hours I go in Monday morning as soon as they open and the lady says "oh we haven't updated our website it actually takes three days your title will be ready on Thursday". OK that's reasonable so I go ahead and order the duplicate. Come Thursday I call at 5 o'clock "no we haven't gotten your tag yet it should come tomorrow". I call Friday "it will probably come tomorrow". I come in today Saturday "oh well it actually takes week it should be here Tuesday". At this rate I may as well have gone through the MVA and saved myself some cash or gone to another tag and title place to get my tag title on time. This is costing me $500 extra because I have to rent a car for another week because I don't have the title to give to my insurance company so they can give me the check to buy a new car ( I lost the original title in a move where the movers kept half the boxes )

Went to my local MVA this morning at 8:15 am just before they opened. The line was already about 50 people long to the end of the building. Hard to take time off work for this. Had to register an out of state car that grandma gave to her grandson when she quit driving this year. Went to Rockville Tag and Title just up the street from where I work. So glad I did. Quick and efficient service. Waited 5 minutes for the person in front of me. Took me 10 more minutes to get my tags and out the door. Very much worth the $55 service charge. They charged me to the penny what they quoted over the phone. I will go there any time!

Fast in and out in less than 10 minutes tags and registration.
