MDOT Motor Vehicle Administration

This place is great relative to twenty years ago. They've really refined the processes by which drivers needs to feel out their paperwork to take care of automotive needs. I expected getting new license from here to be a half day affair when we moved back to Maryland. Instead, we invested perhaps slightly more than an hour to resolve our needs. Now, it would be great to get these sort of things completely resolved online, but still very impressed with the progress that the MVA has made over the years. If only they had some real food options here...

I am utterly appalled that I went to this MVA and then telling me they did not have somebody that could help me with my issue. It is unreal that you rush around and make things happen everyday to pull up to somewhere and then to tell you that they're yellow kiosks cannot help. That the entry person cannot help. That none of the desks can help. That they do not even have anybody that can help me with an MVA a piece of paper. It is not shocking that everybody in the state of Maryland does not like the MVA. They are a crooked agency that we keep funding for stupid metal plates and for them to be paid for doing nothing.

I had a great experience at this location. I arrived at 8:28 and there was a line. A nice gentleman was already outside helping waiting customers. When the doors opened 2 minutes later, we were greeted with friendly hellos and good mornings!! I was there to renew my license. Job quickly completed! I walked out at 8:40am...12 minutes after I arrived. It put me in a great mood, and highly recommend this location.

This has to be the most ridiculous place I have been in my 40 years of life.. lived in 3 other states without issue.. but here in this place my birth certificate is a problem. Also, you will not get anyone who speaks English with a ridiculous accent making it even more difficult to do what u came to do.

I had a very friendly and smooth experience transferring my out of state license early today.
