MDOT Motor Vehicle Administration

I am always Being put on hold because my case is going to the medical advisory board. There is no option to choose them. So after 5 minutes of explaining my case I get put on hold again for at least 10 minutes. There are so many things I can complain about with this place. It's not just the fredFrede office. It's all MVA. I have never been so disrepected .. lived in South Dakota for 11 years and all was good. Never had I been asked to prove that I was actually my daughter's mother... SMH. Then I come back next day with no problems. These people have no idea what they are doing.

MVA always gets a bad rap. I’ve found the staff here to be quick and friendly. Organized waiting system. Good opportunities to speed your process by looking online for prep items ahead of going to the actual office.

Can someone please explain to me while the hours are so limited with this place?? Only open until 4:30 on the weekdays, which is when many people are just getting off work. Then only open for 3.5 hours on Sat? What gives? EXTEND YOUR HOURS AND SHOW YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR CUSTOMERS!

Very unprofessional staff, very rude. Did not allow to my pregnant wife use dictionary and was very rude with her. Never back there

Nothing like 5 people being here and all the employees huddled together gossiping. How do i know? Well jim loves Jack Daniels and Mary is cracking up thinking its funny..so I hear. Great tax payer dollars right there,wish I could take pictures to document.
