The woman working desk 7 today was very helpful, as was the information woman. As long as you bring all the proper documents, it's an easy process for a license renewal.

Normally, this place is quick and efficient (as an MVA can possibly be). Went in months ago to renew my license, took off work for it. Had to bring several forms of ID and mail to ensure getting thru. Wasn't good enough, as i needed the LETTER that i used to make the appointment. I was given a 30 day extension to come back with more mail & the new temp ID & letter with that. Came back, today, with ALL of it. Had picture taken with all forms of ID documented, only to be told I had an administrative flag for taxes as well. Maybe if i had been told of this a MONTH ago, i'd have it fixed? Huge waste of time and effort. Thanks for that. Edit: I sent an email explaining my entire situation, to the branch manager listed online, before planning my next trip to resolve this. With in 2 hrs, the NEW branch manager called me, asking questions and relating to me how to resolve my issues. I walked out of my last appt with a temp 45 license permit so that I could fix my issues and still drive. Huge difference in customer service, and totally appreciate the efforts of the new branch manager Michelle.

Out of the locations within 30 mins of my home, this location is definitely my preference. I've been taking the 20min drive to this location, compared to the 10 min drive to Northern Pkwy location, for about 7 years. I've never had a complaint and appreciate the quality of service delivered in this safer location.

The MVA is ultimate example of Kafkaesque bureaucracy. If, however, you need to hit up the MVA for something, this full service location is great. The staff is friendly, and it usually isn't that crowded. Far superior to the glen burnie location.

If you have dreams of passing your driving test on first try don't go here. The place where they do their 2 point turn is on a hill and it has borders blocking you from going close to the cone and forcing you do stay too far from the cones . Don't make a mistake of taking your test here. Guarantee you will fail. Workers are averagely nice 👍
