Worse worse worse customer service. Terrible people... so rude.... they do not know anything about their work. For minor things they go to supervisor.... and supervisor also gives same answer.... their system is never UP... it’s ALWAYS down.... if you are for SAVE them expect 10 times multiple trips.... horrible

Place is great but the staff never have a smile on their face. It feels like they are asking you what you want and when the work is done they want to say get out. I went to get a learning permit for my daughter and they sent me around from one place to other. I called them ahead of time to find out what documents were needed and ended up going back home to pick up one more document. I ended up spending almost 2 hrs just to get a permit.

I got terrific service here. Employees checked to be sure that I was in the correct line. I got pulled out for an eye test and sent to the self service pay station. The young woman ( long black hair in braids.... sorry missed the name) handling the Self Pay Kiosks this morning was just terrific..... kept everything flowing smoothly..... did my eye test.....and then jumped back onto the Kiosk line and kept things moving. They were all courteous and efficient! I was in and out very quickly. They do a tough job very well.

Absolutely unprofessional. Why are you allowing foreigners to approve driving skills? Also, why are you too cheap to have cars for drivers and have the nerve to check my vehicle for missing parts. Shut the entire facility down.

This place has the shittiest customer service I have ever seen. They treat customers like they’re doing some kinda favor to them. They have no idea about their jobs and no clue what the procedures are to obtaining a drivers license. The people here are rude and dont give appropriate insight to people. I would definitely give them a negative star if that was even possible here.
