Very inefficient, tons of screaming kids, felt like a daycare so many there running around unsupervised. Conflicting information gave at front desk. Gal with blond dreadlocks more concerned about her hair than helping people. Don’t bother with an appointment as completely ignored. Bring everything listed on website as they may reject a perfectly good document because they feel like it that day. One of the worse DMV experiences I’ve ever had. I wish I had never moved to Maryland after this experience.

Been here for over 2 hours to get a new license. They didn't even start calling Gs (assuming licenses given all the pictures) until over an hour and a half into the process. I started at G60 and I'm in the 90s. Now all of a sudden Gs are cranking. Not sure if they can choose what to serve... but it seems very strange that it went from hours of nothing to tons of one letter being called. Plan to wait a long time...

How can you make this people who work here accountable too. They grossly and negligently treat you like trash here. Glad I went to other branch where they are more competent and with a caring and helpful attitude.

Most Employees and managers are rude and not helpful. Even one of the manager in white oak location forced me to giving them 5 stars, and push the (perfect service) button for them in survey she offered me. Even though she was trouble maker. At the end she gave me a (limited term DL). In VA where I used TO live, I had ful DL, but few days ago when I have changed it to MD, because I moved here, she cut off my full DL. I recommend you not to go in this location.

Most unprofessional staff. I Show up at 9:00am did not leave until 12 noon. The staff do not know what they are doing. Please do not come over here if you are a person that time matters
