Maryland DMV

I just completed transacting business at this facility. It was one of the most pleasant facilities I have been at. The two ladies that assisted me were pleasant informative and helpful. There were several people around me having bad days but mainly because they came unprepared and lacking proper documents. I enjoyed every minute of my visit and even though it was crowded I was in and out in 30 minutes. Kudos to these ladies.

Experience was great I was in and out in my opinion if you have all your documents they can take care of you faster.

When you come plan to spend the entire day there. Folks who work there are mean for sport. It's not my fault you have to deal with people in droves. And this one is the most unorganized. I hate to say this but I would prefer to drive out of my way to a more upper class neighborhood to get better service than deal with these folks who are literally across the street from me... That's sad...

I am only giving a one star because there is no option for 0 stars. The workers are not knowledgeable on documents such as marriage certificates. I was seen by a clerk and was told I had to wait to be seen by her supervisor because I had the wrong marriage certificate. Same certificate that had been approved everywhere else (i.e social security office etc.). It’s like the supervisor went on break on purpose before she was supposed to see me. I will NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN. The employees are rude, slow, and unprofessional.

#28, Customer Service Worker , has to be the NASIEST person to work in Customer Service ever! I believe if a person doesn't know the options available to them that's what she's there for!!! However, this woman has been nasty to not only my granddaughter and grandson but, their mother as well!!! I would actually like to know how to reach a supervisor that is NOT located in the Largo, MD, office as they tend to play games about who is a Manager and who isn't!!!
