The staff was very courteous and helpful when I stopped in today to confirm their Days, Hours and Services...I was very pleasantly surprised that they have both Saturday and Sunday hours. This office is located inside of the Wal-Mart in Clinton, Maryland. Please remember to check the website and/or call the office before you go to confirm they can handle what you need and also to confirm any special hours and or office closures due to inclement weather, Federal and State Observed Holidays, and/or Other reasons.

I am highly displeasure with the lack of communication from Maryland Express Tag & Title located in the Walmart Clinton, MD staff members. I waited over two weeks before receiving a completion call not to mention my title request got escalated three times. They did not fulfill nor delivered their next day promise.

This is not actual MVA. It is privately owned and licensed by MVA. Instead of opening more office, MVA sub out the work so I have to pay 5 dollars to return tag? This is stupid. Service is good though.
