Very good overall Super service Very professional Awesome staff Awesome hospitality I went there for my driving test I mean road test and my examiner was really cool, helpful and she was a lady, starting of the drive, I was bit tensed and nervous in front of examiner but she told jus feel me as your friend and you can drive the car then I completed my road test and finally she says congratulations and you passed your test 😊 I did not notice her name but She was African American tall women. I would like to say thanks to Annapolis DMV and my examiner.

I went to the Annapolis branch today specifically because the website showed no wait time at 1pm. However when we got there, we waited in a very long line, like over 40 people, just to get a number so we could wait some more. The employees were very nice but that place is very poorly managed!

One of the worst DMVs I've worked with. The manager Christie wouldn't accept a legally binding signature because it appeared printed instead of written...even though the printed signature is also binding. Their incompetence was pretty frustrating.

The usual slow ridiculousnes of the MVA. 3 tellers on a Friday at lunch right before a 3 day weekend. That's just not right. When do they think people plan on coming in. Been waiting a hour already for 5 numbers and still 3 to go. MD has got to do something this day and age this should not be still happening. The teller who helped me did so in record time and was very nice. So I gave better score because of this
