FOR THE LOVE OF LIFE DO NOT GO TO THIS DMV!!!! Take the time to drive to another location like Annapolis I promise the 25min drive is worth it. I'm still sitting here, yes I am writing this review as I'm sitting at this location, and I've been here for 2 and half hours!! I got married and moved to Maryland recently but because I was divorced before I now have to wait AGAIN for a supervisor to clear the transaction. This is absolutely ridiculous don't be stupid like me and go to Glen Burnie go somewhere else.

On a Monday following Easter; it's expected to be busy. If you have everything needed that'll help. Have your license out before getting to the first counter where you get the # and that helps keep wait time down. I'm just leaving, had to renew registration and turn in tags. Total, I was only here for about 45 min. The longest wait was in the first line. Customer service was amazing. Both women who helped me were friendly and efficient. Again;I had all my documents in order. That really helps.

Finished renewing my license in 45 minutes start to finish. Staff kind and efficient.

MARYLAND DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORT. Please you need to give more help to your customers(Licences, Tags, etc). Because public are not happy with you. "Believe me". Take a look around you. Many drives need your help to be there for their family. Go to work and grocery shopping. How will this be possible with your way of been hard on everybody. I will write more in furture. Please kindly improve your services to the public if you all are God fearing.
