In terms of DMVs, this place was pretty good! Definitely get an appointment online to skip the wait--you can go straight to the front of the information line to get your ticket. Also, the online form was very helpful in figuring out the documents that you need and which location can accommodate. Be aware that this place isn't full service. I was in and out in 30 minutes for a learner's permit (which costs $50, FYI). They accept cards and have free WiFi. This location was clean and well-managed. Everyone I encountered was pleasant and helpful--despite it being very busy because it was the end of the year (again, get the appointment). According to the employees, end of the month and end of year tend to be very busy.

Is closed today...no explanation.. terrible representation of the State of Maryland...Website states they are open today from 8am till 12 noon..

It's better now since you have to make appointment you don't have to wait in long lines to do renewal

Better then going to glen burnie. Still in running for a circle of hell. Some services only at kiosks others only at counter, creating a situation of waiting in line twice.
