The wait times are excellent. They have gotten so more efficient. If you don't have the required documents you need or have an issue with the prices, that's something the staff cant help. All I want is for them to say hello, quickly get my number, and process what I need if I have my paperwork. Throw in a "have a nice day" if you feeling extra. That's all I'm looking for and they have been great at that.

I arrived 35 minutes before opening time only to find about 20 people already waiting and the line quickly grew behind me. About 15 minutes prior to opening, a young man comes out and starts giving instructions like he was the sergeant from Full Metal Jacket. He even went so far as to say "Rule number 1, when I say good morning to you, say it back!" in a demanding manner. He was even rude to one of his colleagues when she come out, he told her "And you, go back inside!" Once inside, the rudeness and aggressiveness continued with the ladies at the service desk who began yelling at the customers about how they were lining up even though they were only following the directions given by the man who came outside. This was my first time at this DMV and after standing in line for a half hour, I realize that the clientele at this location may be of the unsavory variety and that dealing with them daily may be frustrating. However, this behavior was unprovoked and I don't think anyone deserves to be talked to in that manner. Employees of any establishment should demonstrate a certain level of professionalism and courtesy despite the clientele. I only gave this location one star because the lady who serviced me at the counter seemed pleasant.

If you are a foreign national, immigrant or a foreign worker. Forget about getting it done in one visit. Information on their website is conflicting with what the staff says and there is no way you can get your license processing done in one visit and it was just not with I have seen it happening with numerous people. One advise don’t just bring the required documents listed on their website, bring ALL of them. Even then the service is terrible and staff does not know how to handle exceptional applicants.

If I could give zero then I would.. no one knows how to do things..whenever I go there they complicate things and waste ur time, then I would go to a different location and things are very smooth and staff are knowledgeable.. we waited 3 hours today to get a simple thing done and at the end they told us they can’t do anything about it .. my fault because I wasted my time going there just because it’s the nearest location .. will never go back there again

The process is a little smoother than it used to be except homeboy at the information desk. There is one large counter and one wrap around rope to keep the line in order so you figure you wait in line until your turn. WRONG!
If it's your first time at this location you will notice reason people standing directly in front of the person to the left at the desk. They just walk up and he helps them right away. After standing there for a a while you figure out that the person to the right is only taking people who walk up with vehicle related issues only. Not I'D services.
There is no sign for this and people are walking right up to him like they know the drill, however not everyone knows the process well and no one made an announcement for vehicle service to go to the person on the left so every once in a while when the first station's line is clear and all other stations are handling customers the next person in line would walk up to his desk and would be greeted with an evil look and sharp "I didn't call for the next person" comment from the guy behind the desk. Totally unnecessary.
What's so hard sunlight putting up a sign or occasionally saying "all vehicle services to the left"?
Other than the attitude with that guy the kiosk area had 2 helpers to help the self service area move along more quickly and the number of non information service desks was proportionate to the amount of people needing assistance. Most people were fine within 30 minute.
