My husband and I went for an early happy hour and had a nice time. My husband ordered a happy hour drink that he enjoyed and I, being pregnant at the time, was offered a "mocktail." We had the happy hour burger and salmon dip, both were very good and we can't wait to go back again. We arrived on the earlier end of happy hour and were the only ones there for quite some time. The bartender, who was also our server, as happy hour is only served in the bar area, was very nice and made great suggestions.

I've wanted to try Apis for quite a while & it didn't disappoint. We went for happy hour and the bar menu had a plentiful selection. The pain au lait was delicious, the fried cauliflower was great too. My date had the burger and the bite I had was fantastic. We ordered the cheese & honeycomb with wine for dessert...I loved it. The bar portions are small but sharing a few items left us full. This was a really nice experience... the restaurant itself has a dressed up laid back feel. Warning: the actual dining room is small...I recommend reservations if a full dinner is your plan. Also, there's a pizzeria on the other side of the parking lot that I think is also part of the apiary... maybe a good choice after happy hour if reservations aren't your thing. I know after this dining experience, I can't wait to try there too.

Worth the hype and trek from Cedar Park! Top-notch food and service from start to finish. Highly recommended!

Great food, service, and atmosphere. Went on a Wednesday, so the pre fixe menu was $50. Felt like I got pretty good value, considering the quality of the food.

I loved this restaurant and their prefix menu. As a vegetarian whose husband is a meat eater the challenge is finding a restaurant that can accommodate both our pallettes and Apis does an excellent job. I would actually rate it 4.5 out of 5. As you can see from my pictures the gem is the hills of Austin is as beautiful as the dishes they create.
