AT&T

My dad used this store to get help with updating his iPad. They told him they could fix it for $20. It still won't update and still charged him the money. Disappointed in the service. Maybe they should change their wording to: "We will charge you $20 to try to help you." Just saying.

Be very careful with this store. They took advantage of us when we replaced our broken iPhone 5s. We had insurance on the phone, but they basically lied to us and told us if we bought an iPhone 7 it would be cheaper than using the insurance. Which, of course, is not true. It is costing us twice as much. I really despise AT&T employees who take advantage of customers. The agent should be fired for this unethical practice.

They are eager to sell you the phone but unwilling to help I am a handicapped person they know that and they won’t even help me over the phone say it’s impossible to do I find it interesting I call Apple all the time and get all the help I need so far is the iPhone 8 they just can’t help me

Love at&t there customer service is literally unbeatable. This location has helped me many times to purchase phones and set up plans. They are the best

Helpful reps try to figure out your needs, you might have to help them a bit if they don't ask all the questions they should.
