Batteries Plus Bulbs

Noah was a lifesaver this afternoon! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and reassuring. My cell phone screen cracked and I thought it (and a couple thousand pictures) were gone forever. The phone screen was repaired quickly and at a reasonable price. Thank y'all for being awesome :)

I had a great experience! The online order was easy, although the 10% discount code didn’t work. When I went in to pick up my order, the salesman was very helpful. He even added the 10% discount without me even mentioning it.

I previously had my phone screen replaced quickly and affordably at this store and was pleased with the experience. When my phone screen cracked again, I didn't worry too much because I knew I could take it back to Batteries Plus and get it repaired quickly. Unfortunately, that was not the case. I started by making an appointment online but when I arrived at the store they told me they couldn't get to my phone that evening so I would have to leave it overnight, which made me wonder why they had people make appointments. I declined to leave my phone and came back another day with an appointment and they quoted me an hour for the repair. It was done in time and the customer service was great. However, when I got home I discovered that my phone was having issues. Sometimes the screen would be covered in vertical multi-colored lines. I then realized that the new screen was considerably thicker than my previous screen, which made it difficult for my phone case to fit properly, thus making the screen more prone to cracking again. I brought my phone back to the store and spoke with an employee about the issue. He simply shrugged when I explained the issue with the lines, saying that unless he could see it he couldn't fix it because he didn't know what I was talking about (a quick Google search reveals this is a common issue so I highly doubt they've never had this happen before). His response to the the screen thickness issue was that there was nothing he could do because they don't control the parts they receive. I was really shocked at his lack of interest in helping me with anything. So now I am stuck with a defective phone screen and no recourse. I would consider taking your business to a store that actually stands behind their products and services. Update: After posting my review, I was contacted by the store manager Kurt who offered to resolve the problem. I brought my phone in and he fixed it within an hour. If I ever need a screen replaced again I will go back here and just ask for Kurt if there are any problems. It's nice to have a store that stands behind their products and services!

The young man at the store was so helpful. He went above and beyond helping me and made me want to use the store more often
